Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glimz mobile application (the “App”), provided by Weekshot Sp. z o.o. (“Weekshot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
1. About Glimz
Glimz is a quiz-based application designed for entertainment, curiosity, and learning.
The App includes questions, challenges, game progress, rewards, virtual items, and other interactive features.
The App is not a school, examination service, professional educational service, or source of professional advice.
2. Using the App
You may use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App;
- attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions;
- access the App through unauthorised automated methods;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the App or its content without permission;
- use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the App is appropriate for a child and for supervising the child’s use where necessary.
3. Guest Use and Local Progress
The App may be used without creating an account.
Game progress, settings, rewards, and other information may be stored locally on your device.
Local information may be lost if you:
- uninstall the App;
- clear the App’s data;
- reset your progress;
- lose, replace, or damage your device;
- experience a technical failure.
Unless the App expressly provides a backup or restoration feature, we cannot guarantee that locally stored progress or virtual items can be recovered.
4. No Social Features
The App does not provide public user profiles, messaging, chat, posting, or other user-to-user communication features.
A name entered for your Glimp is used as part of your private gameplay experience and is not intended to be a public username.
5. Content and Reports
We aim to provide suitable and accurate content, but questions, answers, explanations, images, or other materials may contain mistakes, omissions, or content that some users consider unsuitable.
You may report content through the App or by contacting us.
We may review, correct, remove, replace, or leave reported content unchanged at our discretion.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular result or response.
6. Virtual Items and Rewards
The App may include:
- virtual currency;
- energy;
- experience points;
- medals;
- progress levels;
- cosmetic items;
- rewards;
- Premium benefits;
- other virtual features.
These items:
- have no real-world monetary value;
- cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services;
- are not transferable outside the App;
- do not create ownership rights;
- may be changed, corrected, limited, or removed as the App evolves.
We may adjust the balance, availability, rules, or value of virtual items where reasonably necessary for gameplay, security, error correction, or product changes.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional purchases or subscriptions.
Before completing a purchase, the applicable price, billing period, and available features will be shown through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payments are processed by the store through which the purchase is made. We do not process or store your full payment card information.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the next renewal date.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds, payment disputes, and billing issues are generally handled under the rules of the store through which the purchase was made.
Paid features may vary by country, platform, version, or availability.
8. Advertising
The App may display contextual, non-personalized advertisements.
We do not guarantee the availability, content, quality, or accuracy of advertisements supplied by third parties.
Your interaction with an advertisement or advertised product is between you and the advertiser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, or advertising claims.
Some paid features may remove or reduce advertising where stated in the App.
9. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including software, text, questions, illustrations, graphics, characters, names, logos, sounds, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Weekshot.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, replace, or remove any part of the App.
This may include changes to:
- features;
- content;
- game rules;
- rewards;
- virtual items;
- prices;
- compatibility;
- technical requirements.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, item, reward, or piece of content will always remain available.
Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, internet problems, third-party services, device compatibility, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, where reasonably necessary.
12. “As Is” Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
- the App will always work correctly or without interruption;
- the App will be free from bugs, errors, delays, or security issues;
- all content will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose;
- progress, settings, rewards, or virtual items will never be lost;
- every device or operating-system version will be supported;
- reported problems will be corrected within a particular time.
You use the App at your own risk.
The App is intended for entertainment and general learning. Its content should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, safety, academic, or other professional advice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weekshot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to:
- use of or inability to use the App;
- bugs, errors, interruptions, or technical failures;
- inaccurate or incomplete content;
- loss of local progress, settings, rewards, or virtual items;
- third-party advertisements, services, websites, or store systems;
- unauthorised access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
14. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through your store account.
Ending use of the App does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, our services, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the App after an update means that the revised Terms apply from their effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
