This Privacy Policy explains how Weekshot Sp. z o.o. (“Weekshot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Glimz mobile application (the “App”) or visit the Glimz website at glimz.app (the “Website”).
We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide, protect, and improve Glimz.
1. Information We May Process
Depending on how you use Glimz, we may process the following information:
Information stored in the App
You may choose to provide:
- a name for your Glimp;
- your age or age range;
- your preferred categories or other gameplay preferences;
- your game progress, rewards, settings, and achievements.
Most gameplay information may be stored locally on your device.
The App does not provide public profiles, messaging, chat, or other social features.
Technical and usage information
We may receive limited technical information needed to operate and improve the App, such as:
- device type and operating system;
- App version;
- language and general settings;
- basic information about how features are used;
- error, performance, and diagnostic information.
We do not use this information to create advertising profiles.
Content reports
If you report a question, image, answer, or other content, we may receive:
- the content item being reported;
- the reason for the report;
- limited technical information needed to investigate the issue;
- an installation identifier that helps us manage repeated reports.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may process information needed to schedule or deliver them.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Purchases and subscriptions
If you make a purchase or start a subscription, payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited information about the purchase or subscription, such as whether it is active, expired, cancelled, or refunded, so that we can provide paid features.
Support requests
If you contact us, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your request.
2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally ask users to provide:
- their real name;
- postal address;
- phone number;
- precise location;
- personal photographs;
- private messages or user-generated posts.
We do not sell personal information.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide and operate the App;
- save progress and settings;

Advertising in the App is intended to be contextual and non-personalized. We do not intentionally use advertising identifiers to build profiles of users or show personalized advertising.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise younger users and review the device permissions granted to the App.

5. Advertising
The App may display contextual, non-personalized advertising.
Advertising partners may receive limited technical information needed to display, measure, prevent fraud, and maintain the security of advertisements.
We do not permit the use of information from Glimz to create personalized advertising profiles.
Users may be able to remove or reduce advertising through a paid subscription or other paid feature, where available.
6. Analytics and App Improvement
We may use limited, aggregated, or pseudonymous information to understand how the App is used, identify problems, and improve its features.
This may include information such as App version, device type, screens visited, feature interactions, and errors.
We do not use this information for personalized advertising.

The initial Website does not use advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking cookies.
